Fairy Tale: The Enchanted Cat

Once there was a Sultan who had a son and a wife and they ruled a happy kingdom. But sadly his wife died one day. He was really heart-broken . When he got really depressed and the kingdom needed his attention, his advisers told him that he could re-marry and not have to be depressed again. So he married a widow with a son. There was 1 problem that his wife was angry that her son will not be Sultan because the Sultan already had a real son. So the wife turned the Sultan's son into a cat by using a potion given by a wizard. She then tried to kill the animal but the cat was too cunning for the Sultana and her son,Ben Haroun. But at each night the cat would turn back into the boy for 6 hours in the middle of the night. When the Queen wanted to kill him at night after a number of fails, the cat turned into a boy and overpowered them. The next day the prince married, the wizard was executed, the bad Sultana and her son were banished,and the Prince became the Sultan and they lived happily ever after.

This is a fairy story because when the Prince became a cat that is a 'dream like' possibility and not real. Also at the end when the wizard is executed and bad Sultana and her son are banished it shows that bad is punished and good is rewarded and it is a ' happily ever after' ending and.
